Testimonial from Vanish Patel

I meet Mark in December 2003 at the first PNC and instantly took a liking to him.
Mark is a regular speaker at my events. Not only does he know his property stuff, but is able to explain in terms that new investors can understand.
I thought I knew a lot about negotiation tactics, but when he recently spoke on the subject I learned one new idea and applied it on a recent property purchase. With about five minutes work on the phone I was able to get the seller to drop his price by a few thousand pounds. Thank-you for that idea. Looking forward to your next talk on property negotiation.

BBC News - UK unemployment total hits 17-year high
UK unemployment rose by 27,000 in the three months to the end of January to 2.53 million, the highest since 1994.
We would assume that this is a net number, that people found work, and people lost work. Also in a few months there will be a batch of new students that have left education and will be entering the job market for the first time.
