The UK's financial recovery may be described as being somewhat fragile,
however some of the country's largest home builders are describing an increase
of approximately twelve percent in the number of new homes being ordered.
The amount of orders for the second largest builder in the UK are approximately the same as last year.
They are expecting to build over nine thousand homes this year, which is on the balance,
the same as last year. Financial jitters, and lack of support from the government have
been cited as factors for the slow recovery.
However, conditions in the market have been described as resilient, and there are
positive expectations for the future.
